WINTER WONDERLAND

This blend of natural process coffees is as mesmerizing as the season’s first snow. Sweet and sugary notes ride out on a smooth, velvety texture with a botanical finish. Winter Wonderland is a limited edition release to celebrate all that we love about winter. It’s clean, subtle and bright with fresh art from Em Deane Kelley of Locals Creative.

Winter Wonderland Mocktail
  • 1 part cold brew concentrate (see cold brew recipe here)
    • For single serve cold brew use 50g coarsely ground coffee to 1 3/4 cups of room temp water. Steep for 12-18 hours and strain.
  • 1 part soda water
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • orange peel garnish

Stir lightly, serve over ice and don't forget the garnish!

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

205-208F for light to medium.195-
200F for dark roasts.

Weigh Coffee

1g of coffee per 16g of water.

Set Filter

Add filter to equipment.

Grind Coffee

Grind coffee and add to filter.

Add water in stages.
