Bianca has all the features of MaraX, but the added dual boiler feature in this machine is notable for reducing heat time and creating more reliable temperature stability. A pressure gauge built into the group head is also pretty neat. Go for it! 

While DOMA typically services coffee equipment for customers, this is not a piece of equipment we service. We are willing to help dial in recipes, though! If you’re still not sure which coffee brewer or grinder is right for you, give us a call.
