GUATEMALA

In this classic-tasting Guatemala coffee, we find a nougat sweetness with botanical acidity in the finish. Grown at 1,550 masl, this is a washed-process coffee from the San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango region of Guatemala.

This coffee has a subtle, nutty sweetness when ground and an overall oat-like quality: a little sweet, grain-like, and a solid base to showcase other flavors. The botanical and herbaceous acidity reminds us of juniper trees. This coffee is great on batch brew, plays well with milk, and makes an epic ice brew that highlights the tangy, herby profile.
