We’re big fans of Ethiopian coffee and this natural processed one from the Worka Co-op in the Gedeb district is fantastic. Although we’ve played with it as espresso, we’ve found that it really shines on a Kalita. Lets face it, however you prepare it, it will remind you of why you love coffee from Ethiopia.
