We’re big fans of Ethiopian coffee and this natural processed one from the Habela Coffee Estate in the Guji zone is fantastic. Although we’ve played with it as espresso, we’ve found that it really shines on a Kalita. Lets face it, however you prepare it, it will remind you of why you love coffee from Ethiopia.
