Advanced Espresso Class
This workshop will focus on a hands-on approach to various factors in extraction in relation to roast density over a few different roast levels. This will be accomplished with several approaches to different grinders and tamping techniques that can be used in a bar setting. Attendees should have experience as a barista, have a strong familiarity with the basics of espresso extraction, and feel comfortable dialing-in a grinder. This class can be expected to run about two hours with a maximum class size of four people.
