every decision we
make is rooted in
When we started this company in 2000, our goal was to be an environmentally sound company that roasts great coffee. Or a company that roasts great coffee and is environmentally sound. Either way, we all win and it looks like we are on the right track. We act responsibly when it comes to all our purchasing decisions and the choices we make on operating the business. We do the best we can and we continue to learn.
DOMA coffee roasting company offers the finest certified organic, fair trade and direct relationship coffees
The coffee lab is the first thing most people see when stopping by DOMA. It’s a beautiful combination of reclaimed wood, found objects, leather counter tops and metal. Warm, yet cool. Inviting. A lot of the work was done by Rebecca, one of the owners. The metal/wood benches, the light fixtures using found objects and bike wheels, leather pulls on the cabinetry and with the guidance of good friend Julie, leather counter tops.
All this highlights the real magic; a well crafted cup of coffee. Espresso or pour-over, each drink is made with attention to the details. learn more

We love our community and are grateful to be able to partner with some really wonderful organizations in our region.
kootenai environmental alliance
The oldest environmental group in Idaho, Kootenai Environmental Alliance (KEA) has been fighting the good fight to preserve and protect the Inland Empire since 1972. We are honored to be a major sponsor of Junk2Funk and the Earth Day Gala, two of KEA’s main fundraisers. Now, more than ever, in order for our environment to be protected, we need to be involved.
protect our winters
POW is a passionate crew of diehards, professional athletes and industry brands mobilizing the outdoor sports community to lead the charge towards positive climate action. There focus is on educational initiatives, political advocacy and community-based activism. DOMA is proud to be a member of this group. Look for some exciting collaborations in the next few months.
In 2009, we created this private label coffee as a fundraiser for our local women’s cycling team. It was so popular that, in 2010, we offered this coffee (also an award winning design) to all of our wholesale accounts. Now, 8 years later, La Bicicletta continues to raise thousands of dollars for our regional cycling community. Healthy cyclists = Healthy community.
DOMA partnered with Bart Mihailovich of Spokane Riverkeeper and along with the creative mind of Chris Dreyer (of Dreyer Press) created “GOOD COFFEE” private label as a fundraiser for this local version of the larger Waterkeeper Alliance. Since 2011, proceeds from every 12 oz. can of coffee and every pound of coffee sold in bulk go to support the work of the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene Riverkeepers. “Clean water makes good coffee – “Keep your river clean and your coffee good”.
