Winter Wonderland is a two-bean blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Guatemala. The Ethiopian component, a natural processed coffee comprised of typica and heirloom varieties, comes from the Idido village in Yirgacheffe. The Guatemalan component, a fully-washed coffee comprised of bourbon and caturra varieties, comes from Ovidio Ramírez Ramírez’s farm, El Guachipilin, in Huehuetenango. This blend has aromas of berry and caramel, flavors of cherry and cardamom, aftertastes of chocolate and butter, a balanced acidity, a silky body and a bold sweetness. We think that this blend is fantastic with any brewing method and is a great sipper for those snowy days. 

 

Spokane artist Chris Bovey has a romantic idea, to cherish and capture the heart of Spokane. His work gravitates on the old and new iconic places, signage and landmarks of the area. A style completely his own that is both vintage and modern. You can see more of Chris’ art at the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. Exhibit runs from November 12, 2016 – January 8, 2017.
