This natural processed coffee from producer Daniel Miju in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia has aromas of violet and lemon, flavors of strawberry and sugar, aftertastes of caramel and jasmine, a crisp acidity, a thick body and a bold sweetness.

We're currently enjoying this coffee on a Kalita and a Melitta.
