This pulped-natural coffee from Fazenda Sertão is comprised of Yellow Bourbon, Red Bourbon, Yellow Catuaí, Acaiá, Mundo Novo, Icatu, and Catucaí varieties. You'll find molasses and toffee aromas, nougat and lime flavors, honey and hazelnut aftertastes, a mild acidity, a bold body and a balanced sweetness. We’ve brewed this coffee as an espresso, drip, and with several other manual brewing devices only to find that our taste buds were happy from start to finish each time; we’re sure that your taste buds will thank you as well.
