The coffee is from the Balcones cooperative in Peru and we cupped it yesterday…

Spicy earthiness with hints of Brazil nuts, currants, purple Nerds and Sweet Tarts.

Flavors include pomegranate juice, grape, jujubes and cranberry.

Pure, silky body with a hint of sweetness in the long clean finish.

Balanced acidity.
