		<description><![CDATA[Funny. We live in the Seattle area. We ordered some DOMA because we have been disappointed with some of the roasters around here. (I think Portland is coffee capital myself, not Seattle), and we knew we loved DOMA&#039;s coffees when we had a French Press. 

We just got a Chemex two days after getting our order of DOMA in. And it is absolutely amazing! 

So here I am today, Googling iced coffee in a Chemex, and who is third link in the results? DOMA. Awesome. :)]]></description>

He had coffee prep down to a science: You don&#039;t just rinse the filter, you must grind the beans by hand in a burr grinder, bring the water to EXACTLY 190F, then moisten the grounds with water and then SLOWLY pour the (measured amount) of water through.

He made really good coffee; it was about the only thing he was good for.]]></description>
